As discussed, I want to change this to Lich. I intend to buy the globe of saolite in the ascension thread since I don't think I would have any idea it was needed beforehand

Kage would very much be aware of the Ascension requirements prior to pursuing it. Unlike with standard Nekros, Vitæ isn't some esoteric process to the Æld'Norai. The progenitor of it is still alive, and he knows pretty much everything there is to know about it. Any current Master Vitæ is taught how to become a Lich somewhere during their studies thereof whether they intend to pursue that path or not.
That said, I am fine with you pursuing this in general, you just would need the Globe up front.
