Luminpetal
Habitat:
It grows naturally in colder climates but could conceivably grow anywhere so long as it's not too hot and kept out of direct sunlight.
Size:
The stem of the flower is fairly small, only a few feet high. The petals can grow to be several meters long/wide.
Biome Role:
The petals allow heat to pass through them quite easily while also offering protection against rain and snow. Creatures often use them as a form of shelter from the elements.
Life Cycle:
The flower only takes a couple seasons to grow to full size and will mostly stay the same after that. Seeds form every year around summertime.
Cultural Significance:
Luminpetals are considered aesthetically pleasing plants. It's not uncommon to see them as part of any wealthy person's garden or home décor. The petals have been used as fashion accessories or even as temporary clothing. It's a popular flower to bind with if one lives in the mountains or cold climates.
Description:

Harvesting:
CR3 to properly grow outside of its natural habitat, harvest, process into something usable.
Notable Features:
- Aesthetically pleasing, a status symbol.
- The petals are good at catching wind. They can be used as makeshift gliders to slow one's fall, or act as a temporary sail on a boat.
- It's not unheard of for a druid to sprout petals from their back and use floramancy to create 'petal wings' which can help them glide and maneuver while keeping their hands free (requires flying skill)
