Yǐng Qiūtiān
Yǐng Qiūtiān is a mysterious, aloof Ancient Dragon who takes the appearance of a feline. She governs the dark, elusive realm of Anathema. She possesses a large, lithe body covered in onyx-black fur, with a sleekness that gleams subtly under the light of the moon. A figure just as mysterious as she is terrifying. Her eyes possess an idiosyncratic iridescence; indicative of her wisdom, and age. She is the patron, both celebrated, and feared by her most devout followers, the Kata Clan. The power she holds over her most devout followers is staggering. As she can sense when they waver in their resolve, be it physically or emotionally. Her followers, are forbidden from forming true relationships or binding themselves to any other dragon, as their loyalty is only to the craft of assassination, and maleficence. Her worshippers are steeped in deception. They are trained in the arts of deception, and subterfuge from birth. Reflective of the anarchic tendencies that the feline Ancient cultivates Chaos, independence, and subterfuge.
Her domain of Anathema is one of darkness and secrecy, representing both the fear and power of the unknown. She is the direct representation of the coming of fall. A season filled to the brim with quiet decay and inevitable death. The Kata Clan reveres her, for she grants them not only the power of stealth but the wisdom to strike when their enemies are most vulnerable. Their stealth and cunning, much like the nature of cats, are central to their existence, making them the perfect agents of Yǐng Qiūtiān's will.
